The installation steps of the High Speed Door
1. The relevant personnel who install the quick door must have experience in the installation before the installation, familiar with the design and installation drawings of the quick door, check whether the site is in place before installation, and do other preparatory work before installation, including the temporary need to be used. Parts, installation tools, etc. 2. Before installation, carefully check whether the size of the design drawing matches the size of the site opening; whether the number and appearance of the rail bracket are correct; whether the embedded part of the site is installed, and whether the position of the bracket is accurate or not. 3. The installation workflow is roughly divided into: on-site hole handling, positioning of the elastic line, fixed fast door reel transmission, no-load test, installation of the curtain, installation of fixed rails, testing of the fast door function, cleaning the scene. 4. Hole treatment: Check whether the size of the hole is consistent with the product size. Generally, the width and height of the hole at the site should not exceed 5m. If it is exceeded, it is recommended to install the stacking door to check whether the position and quantity of the embedded parts are correct. 5. On-site positioning of the elastic line: measuring the height of the installation hole, using the ink line to eject the vertical of the two rails and the center line of the reel for easy installation.
6. Screw fixing reel and transmission device: Weld the pad on the pre-embedded iron plate, fix the left and right brackets of the reel with screws, install the fixed reel, test whether the rotation is flexible after the reel is installed, install the reducer and the transmission system. , install an electrical Control Box. 7. No-load test: After normal power-on, check whether the fast door motor and reducer work normally, and whether the reel direction and speed are correct. 8. Install the quick door curtain: assemble the curtain and fix it on the reel. 9. Install the fast door guide rail: according to the specified orientation of the design drawings, fix the two sides and the upper rail to the embedded metal parts of the wall, and fix them with custom screws. The same door rail should be on the same vertical plane. 10. Test: Firstly debug the operation manually, and use the motor to open and close several times, adjust to no jam, block and abnormal noise, and the speed of opening and closing meets the requirements. After all debugging, install the protective cover. 11. Clean up: Paint or set the decorative surface of the rail wall to clean up the on-site debris.
