How to set the limit of rapid roll-up door

PVC high-speed doors are widely applied in factory production and daily life, and the application effect has attracted people`s attention, today we`re going to introduce how to set the limit of High Speed Door.

1. Confirm the zero position: before the PVC rapid rolling door control system leaves factory, the manufacturer needs to set a default operation. After determining the zero position, press the down button, so that the door body of the fast rolling door will run down a short distance, press the up button to determine whether the door has reached the ideal height position. If the position is not suitable, you still need to move the origin or adjust the zero position machine.

2. Adjustment of the number of door-closing laps: after the zero position is determined, you need to see what percentage of the high-speed door can be reduced to, and then roughly estimate how many laps. After inputting the number of laps, press down to see how far the gate can run. If the number of laps is set too much, it can be deleted, if it is less, it can be increased. It needs to be adjusted several times and stops after the number of laps is determined.

3. The single-turn position needs to be fine-tuned: the unit of the parameter adjustment position is the number of rotations of the motor, so errors are prone to occur, which requires the parameters to be adjusted to the extreme.
