Second, high speed door construction process:
1, process flow, hole handling, elastic line, fixed reel gear, no-load test, curtain board, installation guide rail cleaning.
2, operating process
(1) Opening treatment: Check whether the hole size matches the product size. The size of the opening of the quick shutter door is to determine the location of the hole in addition to the size of the hole.
(2) Stretching line: Measure the height of the opening and pop up the two guide rails vertically and the center line of the reel. Although the site has opened a doorway, the verticality still needs to be reviewed.
(3) Fixed reel and transmission device: The backing plate is welded on the embedded iron plate, the left and right brackets of the reel are fixed with screws, and the reel is installed. The drum should be flexible after installation. Install reducer and transmission system. Install the electrical control system.
(4) No-load trial run: Check whether the working conditions of the motor and reducer are normal after power-on, and whether the reel rotation direction is correct.
(5) Drapery: The panels are assembled and then installed on the drum.
(6) Mounting guide rail: According to the position specified on the drawings, the two sides and the upper guide rails are welded to the wall embedded parts and welded together, and each guide rail should be in the same vertical plane.
(7) Test run: Manually run the test, and then use the electric motor to open and close several times, adjust to the phenomenon of no jamming, blocking and abnormal noise, and the speed of opening and closing meets the requirements. After all the debugging is completed, install the protective cover.
(8) Cleaning: Painted or inlaid rail wall decorative surface, clean up the scene.
Third, security and civilized measures
1. The construction uses a mobile scaffold, and the scaffold needs to be qualified before it can be used;
2. The construction area is located in the production workshop.
