(1) Open the aluminum alloy rolling door box and check the list of accessories and main parts; (2) Finding the site, finding the installation center line on the door hole, and determining the lateral installation reference of the bracket plate, the rolling door and the side rails; (3) Based on the lower edge of the door frame, determine the upper and lower mounting standards of the bracket plate, the spool shaft, the roller assembly, the rolling door and the side rails; (4) Install the bracket plate to the corresponding position above the door frame. After the bracket plate is installed in place, ensure that there is a gap of about 2 mm between the two ends of the roller blind door and the flange for adjustment; (5) Place the reel shaft of the aluminum alloy rolling door on the flange of the bracket plate. The two ends of the reel shaft are fastened with a split pin. One person holds the reel, and the other two adjust the guide rails and sealing strips on both sides of the rolling door. To the installation position (longitudinal beams on both sides of the door);
(6) Install the lower jaw to the specified position. When installing, first clean the lower edge of the door frame, remove the double-sided adhesive protection paper on the lower jaw, and install it in place; (7) Roll the rolling door from the upper end of the roller on both sides and slide it into the guide through the upper end of the two side rails, and then fix the two side rails and sealing strip on the longitudinal beams on both sides of the door (on-site with tapping and tapping fixing) ), after the installation is completed, it should be ensured that the rolling door can be pulled up smoothly; (8) Pull the roller blind down to the lock position, and insert the positioning pin and the flange at one end of the spindle (with two holes), and insert the positioning pin at the other end (see Figure 1), and turn the curtain tube toward the door.
